Vision Day Workshops

CMG creates the most productive environment for an organization then leads its members through the process of clarifying its message, methods and mindset.  We facilitate Vision Day sessions to help your group find, capture and use your organization’s strengths to establish your strongest message and solve problems.  We guide you in developing a collective narrative  that will improve communications, leadership, goal setting, strategic planning, teamwork, sales, employee accountability and more.

In one- or multi-day sessions we take employees and management through a process of closely examining the strengths, weaknesses, shared values and vision of the organization. This is the ultimate organizational filter, both highly revealing and motivating. Participants prepare by using CMG’s proprietary method to think through their ideas on the current state of the organization, where they hope it will grow and the opportunities and forces that can help it achieve these goals. By finding a common story that runs through your entire organization, we can draw the crucial connections to branding, communication and positioning and foster ownership and a truly shared message that will inform almost every activity.

What emerges from the workshops are solid building blocks of a communications and marketing program and a definition of key objectives such as new mission, vision and positioning statements as well as a refined value proposition and sales pitch.

Think of this as Phase Two – CMG takes the learning and ideas generated in our workshop sessions and applies them directly to your marketing efforts. Using the insights we established we create or re-craft your marketing strategy to ensure that you are communicating the story about your organization clearly and precisely.

From that strategy we produce materials – from web copy and one sheets to collateral materials like presentation decks and white papers to arm your group with the tools they need to succeed.
